Katharine pushed a few strands of her raven hair behind her ear as she opened the door to Ollivanders. Most people her age didn't need a wand but she had broken hers over the summer and desperately needed one. Katharine was a bit reluctant to see the wand maker again because she didn't really want to explain how and why her wand broke. As she stepped into the shop, an overwhelming sense of happiness erupted through her. It was as if she was there for the first time getting her wand! A smile spread across her face and she walked up to the counter.
When she didn't see anybody at first, she waited a few moments. Katharine was a bit hesitant to call out because it would seem rude. Katharine sighed softly and began to drum her fingers against the top of the counter. Her ice blue eyes gazed around the room, stopping at anything that seemed interesting. Katharine was a rather impatient person so after waiting for 5 minutes, she called out, "Hello? Is anybody in here?" The Head Girl grinned as she waited to see if anyone would come to help her with the request for a new wand.

It took all of her strength to keep from singing along as she blasted My Chemical Romance through her enchanted MP3 Player into her ears. She had just finished organizing the boxes that contained wands, and as for the ones that didn't...well, they'd be re-labeled and recycled for the new wands that had came in the week prior to this one. As the chorus of Teenagers began to be sung in her ears, Audrine jumped back from the shelf she was stocking, flipping her platinum blonde hair over in front of her face before flipping her gorgeous locks of hair behind her once again, light pink lips mouthing the words as she did so.
Of course, all good things-even that one amazing song-must come to an end, which they did all-to soon. Just as she was about to put on Kat DeLuna, however, AJ heard the bell that was set up above the door of Ollivander's jingle, signaling that someone had indeed entered her little shop. Taking out the enchanted headphones, the recent Hogwarts graduate placed her music-playing device on top of the boxes she had yet to remove the labels from and walked to the center-front of the store, smiling prettily as she straightened out her blonde locks. Smiling to the girl in front of her, the eighteen year old new owner of the shop leaned against the countertop, her smile only widening as she recognized the girl. She had been in training by Mr. Ollivander himself when this girl had come in to purchase her last wand, so she recognized her almost instantly.
"Hey honey...back so soon?" [/size]

Katharine had been gazing around the shop, looking at all the different styles of boxes that contained wands. It was really a pity that she had to get a new one, but how could she be Head Girl without a fixed wand? She sighed softly but was interrupted when she heard a voice. Grinning, Katharine replied, "Yeah, I'm back again. It is really a pity, but I seemed to have broken my last wand. I also think it is due time to get a new one because my old one was acting...funny." With a nonchalant shrug, Katharine smiled and flicked a few raven strands out of her face. I really hope this doesn't take long....I remember last time it took hours to find me a suitable wand. Ugh. I just want to get my wand and get back to school to see ...him. A small smirk spread across Katharine's features as she let out a small laugh. To the shopkeeper, she may have looked crazy, but it was perfectly normal to her.
The tapping of her fingers on the desk continued, but only lightly because it was probably distracting to most. Being as inpatient as she is, her ice blue eyes kept wandering around the store. From the bell of the door, to the wooden boxes in the back. It was all so interesting to the girl, but not interesting enough to stay and have a conversation with the young shopkeeper. She was definitely young, at least, in Katharine's opinion. I wonder what made her want to come into wand making? thought the Ravenclaw, but just kept it to herself because she didn't like to pry into people's personal lives. Licking her lips, Katharine began to speak. " What kind of wand would you...recommend for me?"
