Spencer walked into Diagon Alley. He had been here many times before with his mother, but now he was here to buy supplies, for his own journey at Hogwarts. He took a deep breath, taking it all in, excited and nervous, though he would never show it. His first stop was one he had been wanting to do since he could sit up, get a wand. He could hardly wait to hold it in his hands, feel the wood and the power that came with it.
He pushed the little doors open and stepped inside, the darkness enveloped him and he felt his heart speed up. "Hello? Is anyone here?"

Reaching up, Audrine pushed a loose lock of her platinum blonde hair behind her ear, her dark eyes glancing from box to box as she did so. The long, completely stocked shelves that lined the walls of the small store that the young eighteen year old girl now owned were filled to the brim with boxes-some empty, while most contained a wand in them. It was her responsibility to ensure that everyone in the Wizarding World got their perfect wand, and it was a responsibility that she would make sure that this eighteen year old young woman honed up to.
Upon hearing the bell sound as someone stepped in, followed by the sound of a young boy checking whether or not anyone was there, a smirk spread across her snow-white face as her dark eyes glittered in the dim lighting. Turning slightly with a shrug, AJ decided that she'd continue with her sorting of the newly-shipped in wands a bit later as she walked to the countertop in the center-front of her little shop. Smiling as she spotted an eleven year old student, she crossed her arms as she leaned against the countertop, raising an eyebrow at the boy.
"Hey. Can I help you?"

Spencer saw a rather beautiful witch with the kind of eyes you dream of staring at him from behind the counter. He felt something in his stomach moving around, nerves, and knew this was probably how it was going to be a lot for him at school. Putting on his best smile, he approached the counter. "Yes, I'd like a wand please, I have to start school soon, at Hogwarts."

"Of course you are honey." Flashing the boy a toothy grin, the cerulean-eyed Hogwarts graduate allowed her eyes to skim over him. A medium-sized wand, one between seven and nine inches, would be best for him. Sure, his arm was small at the moment, but he'd grow into it eventually. As for the wood and core materials-well, that would definitely take a bit of questioning. Or, judging by his last name, maybe she could tell by who his parents were. When your father was the famous Harry Potter, you had a tendency to meet oh so many people throughout your life and find out loads upon loads of information on their family. Glancing back up to his face, Audrine couldn't help but realize that this boy did look familiar...he looked exactly like the boy who was in Headmistriss Arcane's photographs that sat on her desk. Was this her son or nephew?
"Just out of curiosity, are you in any way related to Headmistriss Arcane?" [/size]

Spencer fought hard not to roll his eyes, so it was starting already, he hoped that he would get some kind of special treatment, at least from the adults, for his connections, but he would have rather not had it at all, he was one who preferred to melt into the shadows, and only be seen when he chose, but with a name like Arcane, well between his vampire dad and his mothers new position at the school, he had been expecting this.
"Yeah, she's my mum." He walked closer to the counter, eying the box she held, eagar to see what was inside, and even more eagar to start learning how to use a wand!
